Joanie Métivier

Sommelier, wine writer and whisky ambassador Joannie Métivier embodies passion and experiences that transcend convention. Her official title only scratches the surface of her rich background, marked by a perpetual quest for knowledge. Joannie is the author of “The Sommelier's Cookbook”, “How to Pass Your Sommelier Exam”, and “Wine Map Book”, and is a regular contributor to various renowned international magazines. Her passion for wine has propelled her to a remarkable career, and she currently holds the position of head sommelier at the renowned Auberge Ripplecove, where the wine list has been awarded the Wine Spectator's Restaurant Award.
