Joanie Métivier
Sommelier, wine writer and whisky ambassador Joannie Métivier embodies passion and experiences that transcend convention. Her official title only scratches the surface of her rich background, marked by a perpetual quest for knowledge. Joannie is the author of “The Sommelier's Cookbook”, “How to Pass Your Sommelier Exam”, and “Wine Map Book”, and is a regular contributor to various renowned international magazines. Her passion for wine has propelled her to a remarkable career, and she currently holds the position of head sommelier at the renowned Auberge Ripplecove, where the wine list has been awarded the Wine Spectator's Restaurant Award. Although she is the youngest wine writer in Quebec, her achievements and expertise make her a respected figure in the field.
