Jason Maynard, age 36, has been shaped by his diverse experiences and passions. An experienced traveler who has explored 19 countries, Jason's journeys have enriched his perspective and fueled his desire to share his knowledge. His passion for food and wine began at the age of 20, when he studied leadership in Sydney, Australia, immersing himself in the culinary world and developing a deep appreciation for food and wine. His restaurant career includes prestigious roles in luxury restaurants and resorts, culminating in his position as Maître d'Hôtel at Montreal's renowned Restaurant Bonaparte. In 2018, Jason co-founded Agence Atipico, a marketing and representation agency specializing in wine and spirits. He holds certifications from the Court of Master Sommeliers and WSET Level 2.
