Caroline Boissonneault

Caroline Boissonneault fell in love with the world of wine after a stay in France. She has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants. With a diploma in professional sommellerie from the Institut de Tourisme et d'Hôtellerie du Québec, she became assistant-sommelière at the XO restaurant in the Saint-James hotel in Old Montreal. Caroline obtained her Level 3 from the Wine and Spirit Education Trust and the Certified Sommelier diploma from the Court of Master Sommeliers. She also specializes in Spanish wines and is pursuing her WSET Level 4 certification. Caroline was a guest and presenter at the Gala des Grands Chefs de Montréal in 2017. She regularly collaborates with restaurants to create their wine lists and cellar management, such as at Le Bonaparte in Montreal.
