Pascale Migneault
Pascale Migneault began her career in 2007 with mixology training, where she developed her skills in bar and cocktail creation.She then founded the Mademoiselle Cosmo startup to offer mixology services at home or in the workplace. In 2014, her passion for wine was sparked during visits to vineyards in the Eastern Townships. In 2016, she met Jessica Harnois, who became a mentor to her. Inspired by her workshops, Pascale trained as a sommelier, achieving WSET levels 2 and 3 under the tutelage of Michelle Bouffard. Since March 2024, she has been a Brand Ambassador for the Atipico agency, hosting tastings in SAQs. Always passionate, Pascale continues to learn about sommellerie and oenology, while being a member of the Jessica Harnois Wine Club since 2021.
